ClearSociety – Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how you can request deletion of your ClearSociety account and the personal data associated with it.

1. How to Request Deletion

You can request account and data deletion through either of the following channels. We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and complete it within 30 days.

Option A — Email

  1. Send an email to support@vishvex.com from the email address registered with your ClearSociety account.
  2. Use the subject line: ClearSociety Account Deletion Request.
  3. In the body, include:
    • Your full name as it appears on your account
    • Your registered email address and phone number
    • The name of your community / society
    • Your apartment or unit number
  4. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Option B — In-App

  1. Open the ClearSociety app and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
  3. Confirm the action. Your account will be queued for deletion and you will be signed out.

3. What Data Is Retained, and Why

Some records must be retained after account deletion to meet legal, financial, audit, and community-management obligations. These records are de-identified where feasible and access is restricted to authorised personnel.

Once your deletion request has been processed, we will send a final confirmation email to the address that submitted the request. After this point, your account cannot be restored and you will need to re-register from scratch to use ClearSociety again.
